He went on to serve as Chief of Staff to Senator Ted Cruz, managing key efforts on border security, child protection, and job creation. Following President Trump’s 2024 re-election, Aaron was appointed to lead the DOJ’s Office of Legal Policy under Attorney General Pam Bondi. Senator Joan Huffman has dedicated her career to public safety and the rule of law, serving as a Harris County prosecutor, Criminal District Court Judge, and Texas State Senator. As an experienced collaborator with law enforcement and the author of the state's "Back the Blue Law," which prevents cities and counties from defunding their police, her campaign for Attorney General has been endorsed by the DPS Officers Association, the Houston Police Officers Union, and the Dallas Police Association. Senator Huffman has passed historic bail reform legislation to keep repeat violent criminals off the streets, legislation to increase transparency and accountability of the judiciary, and she authored our state's tough laws on fentanyl trafficking and human trafficking. As the Chair of the Senate Finance Committee, Senator Huffman allocated billions for Operation Lone Star to secure the border, which, in tandem with the Trump Administration's efforts, has completely turned the tide against the illegal immigrant surge that occurred under Joe Biden. In response to the uptick in violence against places of worship, this past legislative session, Senator Huffman allocated $7 million to the Office of the Governor to give security grants to religious organizations at high risk of terrorist attack, and she allocated nearly $4.3 million to the Texas Historical Commission to provide support for the Texas Holocaust, Genocide, and Antisemitism Advisory Commission. Senator Huffman is married to her husband, Keith, and they have a son, Luke, who is currently serving our country as a JAG officer in the Army.

Mayes Middleton, is a 7th generation Texan, is President of Middleton Oil Company, an independent oil and gas company. He also runs ranching, cattle, and farming operations. A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Mayes is a practicing attorney in addition to his work in the energy and agriculture industries. Mayes and his wife, Macy, have four children. Mayes and Macy support numerous local community organizations and faith-based charities throughout Texas. Mayes is consistently ranked among the most conservative members of the Legislature, where he has championed conservative priorities. He has led the fight to secure the border, defend election integrity, protect girls’ sports, stand up for taxpayers and the unborn, safeguard the Second Amendment, and eliminate woke indoctrination like CRT and DEI. Mayes was Chairman of the Texas House Freedom Caucus while in the House.

Rep. Chip Roy is a devoted husband and father of two currently serving his fourth term in Congress representing Texas's 21st Congressional District — which includes South Austin, North San Antonio, and the Texas Hill Country. Previously, Rep. Roy served as First Assistant Attorney General of Texas under Ken Paxton, Chief of Staff to Sen. Ted Cruz, senior advisor to Texas Governor Rick Perry, Senate Judiciary Committee staff director under Sen. John Cornyn, and as a federal prosecutor. Prior to the public sector, he worked for nearly three years as an investment banking analyst. Rep. Roy holds a B.S. and M.A from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Texas. He serves on the House Judiciary, Rules, and Budget Committees and is the Policy Chair of the House Freedom Caucus.
